Reach the right inbox
One address works for everything, but these get to the right person faster.

A tool is broken, will not load, or behaves oddly in your browser.
corrections@
A result looks wrong, or a cited figure is out of date. Our priority queue.

A tool that should exist, or a guide you wish someone had written.
privacy@
Questions about data handling, or anything in our privacy policy.
How to get a fast, useful answer
For anything that looks like a bug, these four lines let us reproduce it immediately instead of writing back to ask:
- The page — paste the address you were on
- What you entered — the exact inputs
- What it showed — the result you got
- What you expected — and, if you have it, how you worked that out
Your browser and device help too if something looks broken rather than merely wrong.
Please do not send personal documents. We cannot review transcripts, essays, application materials or identity documents, and we would rather you did not email them to anyone. Our tools are built so your work never leaves your own device — see the privacy policy.
What we cannot do
We are a small independent publisher, not an advisory service. We do not offer personalised admissions consulting, essay editing, grade appeals, chance-me predictions or legal, financial, medical and immigration advice. For decisions with real consequences, your institution's registrar, advisor or international student office is the right authority — and they have your actual records in front of them.
Response times
Reports of incorrect calculations are looked at first and usually fixed within a few days. Feature suggestions are read and kept on a list, but we cannot promise a reply to every message or a timeline for any particular tool.
Editorial questions? Our editorial standards page explains where our figures come from, how tools are tested and how corrections are handled.
