Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

The short version: we do not collect your personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. Everything you type into a CampusBreeze tool is processed by your own browser and never sent to us.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to campusbreeze.com and every page published on it. CampusBreeze is an independent publisher of free study tools and guides; we are not affiliated with any university, testing organisation or admissions body.

2. What we do not collect

We want to be specific, because "we value your privacy" means very little on its own. CampusBreeze does not use any of the following:

Our pages are self-contained: they load no scripts, images or stylesheets from other companies, so no third party learns that you visited us.

3. What your browser stores locally

Some tools — planners, trackers, flashcards and checklists — save your work so it is still there when you come back. That data is written to your own browser's local storage on your own device. It is never transmitted to us and we have no way to read it.

DataWhere it livesHow to remove it
Entries you type into tools (grades, tasks, cards, checklists) Local storage in your browser, on your device only Use the tool's own reset or "clear saved data" button, or clear site data in your browser settings

Clearing your browser data, or opening a page in private/incognito mode, means nothing persists.

4. Server logs

Like any website, requests for our pages reach a web server, and that server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, timestamp, the page requested, browser user-agent). These logs exist for security and reliability — spotting abuse and diagnosing errors. They are not used to build profiles, are not combined with anything you type into a tool, and are not sold or shared for marketing. Our hosting and network provider processes this traffic on our behalf in order to deliver pages to you.

5. Links to other sites

Our guides cite primary sources and link out to organisations such as testing bodies, universities and publishers. Once you follow an external link, that site's own privacy policy applies — we have no control over and take no responsibility for how other sites handle your data.

6. Children

CampusBreeze is intended for secondary school students preparing for higher education, university students and recent graduates. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly hold data about children.

7. Your rights

Data protection laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct or delete personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so in practice there is nothing for us to return or erase — the data created by your use of our tools is already on your device and under your control. If you believe we hold information about you, write to us and we will investigate and respond.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever add a feature that would change any of the above — for example an optional account system — we will update this page and change the date at the top before that feature goes live. We will not quietly begin collecting data under an old policy.
